    I don't use it anyway. Why would I mark a forum read today, only to see tomorrow that I hadn't read everything that was posted after I departed? Doesn't the eagle icon next to an active thread indicate you've been reading it and posted within it? If there's nothing new, I just move on.

    Oops. I guess that's not where the eagle is. It's an envelope. Shows how much I pay attention to this stuff anyway.

    I agree. I keep on clicking on bolded forums and I see the same thing, over and over.

    Bolded? Depending on time, I either go straight to User CP, then to Active Topics, or scan the subjects for something interesting. I haven't investigated all the bells and whistles.
