Having had a little time to consider this problem , the biggest waste I was able to conjure .

My parents bought a nice size place dirt cheap after fire and floods in the mountains. A lot of work to clean it and fix it back up but it was a great place to grow up. It's not as nice now. They have fenced off anywhere one could just stop and check out the creeks and mountain sides. Lawsuits from dumb people who doped up, drank and didn't watch their kids as they were drowning is why all the fences went up.
