OK heres the deal

OH so the govt can just take our money we pay for SS and MED, borrow it and tell us we have it in the bank for a rainy day and then a guy like you comes around years later and says BS, that paper doesn't mean squat you got nothing that is owed to you.
Hey, Sport - how about responding to something I actually said?

In fact, there's LOTs of things that have been said here, all of which serve to illustrate the unsoundess of your idea, that you haven't responded to.

Why do you continue to refuse to accept the fact that the ONLY way to ACTUALLY address the deficit is to meaningfully cut entitlements?

yes cut entitlements, but cut the ones that aren't paid for. How do you cut benefits that are already given and paid for. SS is not a problem right now. But yes lets start by finding things we can cut, like the military is a good one. Lets pull back anything that goes to corps that don't need them. remove the tax cuts for everyone top to bottom along with bringing those who are hiding income overseas back into play.

Lets start by cutting senators and congressmen and their staffs. Lets put an end to lobbyist control over writing bills. Like having an energy policy that we had for years written by those who it covered.

Lets start being fair to the PEOPLE who grew this great nation from top to bottom.

I say lets pay off the debt, but it must come from everyone, not just the people who are receiving help that depend on it.

You come up with a way 40 million people can find a job that will support themselves and their families. Right now there is no place for any them to go except where they are.

what do you want to do turn USA into Tijuana?

You do realize much of those entitlements that aren't paid for come from people who are service connected and their pensions.

None of them are paid for, as has been demonstrated at least three times.

None of the benefrts are already paid for.

You keep haping on this, continually failing to recognize that cutting the military to $0 still does not solve the problem.

You also continue to talk about tax hikes, continually failing to recognize that the 'rich' do not make enough money to solve the problem.

You offer the typical partisan slogans, not solutions.
