Yeah, but they don't need much of them while electric carring around town. I'm on my second, helping to save the world, one less gallon of gasoline consumed at a time!

But they do need their own private filling stations, two at that, whereas 1000's of cars share one filling station. Of course having your own filing stations instead of sharing is not a waste of money, either, huh.

Not only can one have their own filling station for their EV in the garage, they can also make the go juice on the roof of their house.
