This is his 5th year on the ballot. What makes him more of a Hall of Famer in 2010 when compared to 2005?

I could never figure that out either. Same guys voting too. They seem to refuse to vote in more than three in a season so you can get bumped down if you are in a strong field. But I could never figure why you would vote for him today and not five years ago
