I was in NYC this past weekend, visited Wall Street. There were no occupiers there. Zip zilch, nada.

That didn't last very long.

About as long as the "tea party" did.

Fad movements never last long.

The Tea Party is Still going. We aren't the ones who have the constant presence, never have. The OWS people had the continual occupation. Now it's gone. Even if i accepted your false premise that the TP was dead, we started in 2007, the OWS started last year.

Depends, do we listen to what he says or watch what he does? You do know that most dictators are capitalists and live well while the people in their countries are poor and oppressed. Obama wants his wealth, yet he wants to redistribute everyone else's money.

Obama has done a lot of bashing the wealthy and acts like he despises all of them, except for Soros, many on Wall Street, Al Gore, Hollywood actors, fellow Dems and himself.

He's a politician. What he says means nothing.

What has he done that's "Socialist"?

He doesn't have to do anything. The POTUS isn't caesar, he can't just do whatever he wishes. Just because he isn't able to get passed all the social programs he wants, doesn't mean he isn't socialist. Read his books. He states his socialist beliefs quite clearly.

I'm a Libertarian. I haven't passed any bills myself. That doesn't mean I'm not a true libertarian.

The "movement" isn't over..and it didn't start with OWS either.

I can't believe any intelligent person would take the OWS seriously. From the start, they've been loud, obnoxious and rowdy. There have been more arrests than anyone can keep track of and many of the crimes have been serious.
