WTF? I am not a Republican. You are trolling now. So let's go 100% ad homimens. You are a waste of space coward.
in other words, you got nothing and have to, bluff your way out of it.

Nice try. I gave you multiple facts that you ignored because you are a fat leftist.
nice try; you merely special pleaded a completely different and irrelevant set of facts that did nothing to explain what was asked.

thanks for playing.

Progress. You didn't call me a right winger. You are a still a fat, unemployed, uneducated waste of space.
...you have nothing but fallacy, right winger.

How about a social argument instead?

Why do you believe you would be worse off, with a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage or unemployment compensation for simply being unemployed?

I think we should make it $40 per hour. $15 is not enough. I am left handed. I play left wing. Why are you so fat?

Who is Ben Shapiro?
Aren't debates usually between candidates? Is he running for something?

No debates are held at schools to promote different ideas, but the far left does not want that. They only want to promote the far left religion.

This board shows the far left does not care about debates, they only want to push their religious narratives.

make a case for it; a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage covers social costs.

Leftists want no part of Shapiro. He would eviscerate every one of them in a debate.
What objection can there be to a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage and unemployment compensation for simply, being naturally unemployed in our at-will employment States?

What objections can there be to suggesting that the filthy ass government stay out of the business of oppressively setting wages between an employer and employee? Liberals hate liberty, don't they? Almost as much as they hate a free market.
A Constitutional objection, for one. The power to Tax is to provide for the general welfare not the general profit of capitalists.

Telling an employer how much they have to pay an employee is not taxation you dumbass.

It is no damn business of the filthy government what I pay an employee. That is between me and him. If the employee don't like what I offer him then he can go find work that pays him what he thinks he is worth. That is called Liberty.

The filthy oppressive government should stay out of the business of telling Americans how to run their lives, shouldn't it?. Liberals hate Liberty, don't they?

Stupid confused assholes like this Cortez bitch loves the idea of the filthy government telling us how to run our lives, doesn't she?

Cortez I actually think is a very smart young women and I do agree with her on a lot of things. She had a right to protest when she got harassed. She is 100% right on that wages need to go up.

If an employer pays an employee a wage that employee can't live off of in a way this is just another form of slavery and cruelty. People are working like indentured servants in this country for next to nothing. Worse what I see happening now is companies getting rid of permanent employee's and replacing them with temps instead so they don't have to keep them, don't have to pay them benefits regular employee's get, and can easily fire them anytime they please. A permanent employee is more expensive to fire then a temp.

However I do put a lot of the blame on workers themselves for being pushovers for too long in this country and not demanding better pay or else they will be severe consequence: Riots, shutdowns, protests, anarchy etc.

Government needs to start taking over and dictating what minimum wages need to be just to prevent a civil war and anarchy from happening in this country. Bigger government is the answer. Businesses need government police to tell them how to run their businesses or else their will be severe consequences.

Government can't do all the work to change this country, workers need to start saying no to lower wages and demand their self worth is more than $7/hr and they need to protests against businesses paying such low wages and cause such a nightmare for these companies that they will have no choice but to raise how much they pay their workers.

Well, thank you for that mindless gabbling. Lord knows, I get twitchy without my daily ration of bullshit.

Do you have an actual reason for thinking "Cortez is a very smart young woman" OTHER than the fact that you agree with her?

She hasn't been harassed. She's a politician; she got asked to defend her policy positions. It goes with the job . . . unless you're a Democrat, and can convince people you have some sort of God-given right to never be asked hard questions.

If an employer pays an employee a wage he "can't live off of", that's on the employee, not the employer. I can assure you that "So, how much do you need us to give you to pay your bills?" didn't come up once when my boss offered me my job. It's up to me to qualify for jobs that are worth what I need to make, not theirs to treat me like a helpless child they're adopting.

Government doesn't need to take over anything more than they have, and they need to stop trying to control huge swaths of what they're already meddling in.

Workers need to spend less time congratulating themselves on their "self-worth" and more time on actually being worth something.

we really just need a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage, unemployment compensation for being unemployed on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States, and giga-recycling factories to help with social costs.

How does me making $15/hr. and increasing the price of Starbucks coffee in that area help cure the oceans of plastic?

In the Golden State, we could simply issue some junk bonds, not junk laws; build giga-recycling "factories", and even budget for idle privateers to help with our Golden recycling effort.

We should even offer to upgrade their boats with the latest in specialty specific equipment.

The Golden State should fix any Golden standards in modern times.

You want to borrow more money when you are already spending more than you are making? That is illogical.

Junk Bonds not Junk Laws!

Is is an Investment; recycling will help our environment And recover costs. The more efficient the operation the more revenue it will generate.

Good Capitalists, Make money not Lose money on public policies.

The bonds would not be junk. I would assume they would have investment grade rating but again you are borrowing when you are losing money that is like taking on more credit card debt when you already have a ton.

recycling recovers revenue and helps our environment; we make money to offset some of the cost. Defraying the Cost of Government is what the left is trying to accomplish, for the People, not the Profit.

Socialism mentality - "My job flipping burgers is just as important as your job in Engineering so I should get as much money as you".

No, the socialist mentality is "What do you mean, the value of my labor determines my wage? I should get it because I WANT it."

You do realize that by increasing that wage the price of goods and services also goes up. The cup of coffee that cost $2 will now cost $3.50.
