If the Congressional Republicans thought they needed to be obstructionists before, with the declassification of the torture memos of the Bush/Cheney gang, their obstructionism will be forced to ratchet-up considerably. The ability of the GOP to justify the former administration’s lies will be far more difficult as more and more of the damning documents are revealed.
The Republicans’ juggling act and spin control will need to be perfectly orchestrated or the house of cards they have built beginning with Reagan will come crashing down around them.
