When this administration purposely prohibits drilling...makes joke about it in order to force people into unproven/unsustainable technologies to force such propositions for nefarious purposes of control?

Solyndra...for starters...WE are on the hook for failed tech company that went nowhere...

Perhaps Obama's moratorium on drilling is a larger example couple with world situations that Obama still fails to address that is forcing prices at the pump higher...and not forgetting Obama saying NO to the pipeline?

These things FORCE people into public transportation when there's NO call for it...other than purposely ignopring the obvious answers so that people can afford to put gas in thier tanks to get to whereever they are going by thier own choice.

Obama is manipulating these issues to force people to do it HIS WAY.

I understand the principles fine. A Government issues bonds to borrow the money to fund the project and then re-pays that money by charging a fee to use the service it just built.

In the case of Seattle, I believe part of their money was from the Federal Government and the rest raised in the manner I just described.

My point is, it doesn't matter how I answer, you will insult me and say I'm wrong.

Much of that loan money (they call it a bond so that fools will support the borrowing) is paid back via taxation see the right hand column in the provided link Public Transportation Funding (First line item concerns Seattle rail project and associate taxes on motor vehicles, not the users of the rail).
As for some of the money (for Seattle) coming from the federal government, where the heck do you think the federal government got that money? Was it taxation or did the tooth fairy give it to them?
