"What this report says is this is not a one-solution problem."

And what the Gov't wants is for you to follow the FDA Food Pyramid which not only recommends heavily subsidized farm products but is also sure fire way to remain a tub o' lard!

Pink slime has been in continuous use for 30 years and no one has even gotten sick yet. However, the plants that recover pink slime are closing and whoever worked there is now out of work. Which is a good thing for republicans as it further tanks the obamaeconomy.

Even if the government succeeds in putting food producers out of business, they are still going to have to crack down on homemade products. They can't just stop Nabisco from making cookies. They have to stop people from making their own cookies too. They have to go right to the root cause of cookies, cake and pie. They have to remove butter, margarine, shortening, sugar, honey, yeast, flour, eggs, All "poisons" according to calorie austerity. And naturally start prosecuting the poisoners.

When you accept or are forced to accept government health care the preventative health care burden shifts to the government. Lose weight and eat healthy or the IRS will confiscate your property.

Well, my Republican solution would be to let fat people be, but allow everyone or encourage everyone along the way( health insurance companies, air lines etc ) to charge them for the ligitimate extra expenses of being fat where practical.
