You don't seem to understand--there is no such thing as "triple UP" economics. There has never been a poor person that has employed another poor person YET.

Reagan--was the start of a private sector economy that grew in leaps & bounds for the next two decades.

we have obama charging us around 1500 extra bucks for a car with his mileage program. we have obama doubling or tripling our electricity bills. obama is going to increase our gas tax to make up for the fuel mileage we save. obama, the filth, is forcing non union car dealers to lose everything so his labor goons can be safe. we can all agree obama is a lying jerk when he said he wasnt going to raise taxes on the middle class by a single dime. actually, this filth was right. he will raise our taxes by 3 or 4 thousand a year.

I love the Margaret Thatcher quote, it completely ignores the fact that currency belongs to the government, not to "other people". Not to mention - money is cyclical. The government spends it, it doesn't just fucking disappear. It goes back out into the economy to be taxed again on it's next trip around, and then spent again. money is NOT finite.

of course it's not the truth. and what cheney did is absolutely relevant in terms of emphasizing the misguided thought process of the right. The continued faux outrage is sad. I don't like the need to expend money the way we are. But people I trust far more than the right wingnuts and who know far more about economics than I do tell me it's necessary for the time being. Do I "trust" it? I trust nothing. But do I think things are being more thoughtfully considered and decided than they were over the last eight years. You bet your bottom dollar I do.
