"The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America." That is what it says about him and you want to know something? Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the United States Constitution stipulates this specifically in order to be President:
" No person except a [natural born Citizen], or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
Nowhere in that clause does it say the words 'Native Citizen'. That alone right there is a red flag. Why doesn't it claim Obama is a 'Natural Born Citizen'? What is being done here is what you call deception using clever wording techniques that is designed to manipulate the voter into thinking he is Constitutionally eligible which we all know he is not because his father bestowed British Citizenship upon Barack at his birth due to the British Nationality Act of 1948 as the website confirms. This was the same tactic used during 08. Again, you cant be born a British Citizen and American Natural Born Citizen at the same time and be considered eligible for the Presidency. That is not being born a natural born citizen, it's being born a dual citizen with native born American citizenship since both parents weren't both U.S. citizens. You see, the founders common sense intent was that they wanted future Presidents to have sole allegiance to the United States and not dual allegiances for the pupose a foreign government could claim them and have the presidency usurped. Makes sense doesn't it? Why yes. Hence why the Article was changed from Citizen to Natural Born Citizen and not Native Born Citizen which is a different class of citizen. Natural Born is the highest subset of Citizen, born to Two U.S. citizen parents. It's what you would call a national security precaution for the one highest office in America, the Office of the President. Again, don't be fooled by this ruse of cleverly manipulated words designed to take advantage of the non informed voter when it comes to citizenship knowledge. John Bingham, the founder of the 14th Amendment defining what a 'citizen' is defined a 'natural born citizen as this:
“Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))
And guess what? Obama's father owed allegiance to the British Crown, a foreign sovereignty. That negated Barack Jr natural born citizenship and Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 doesn't call for a 'native citizen' to be eligible for the presidency does it? Why no, it doesn't.
This will be exposed politically during the upcoming campaign because the voters need to be informed this time around about this and it will hurt him politically because he can't go on lying about his status.
