[Preview of coming attractions this morning, perhaps. Exit polling in Venezuela said that Chavez's challenger won. However the Venzuelan Government announced this morning that el Presidente For Life Chavez won 54 per cent of the vote. They have tanks in the streets of Venezuela this AM. Happy November 6th, folks, a little early but.......
Another preview for you. Remember 'Bams speech in Hampton, Va from 2007, the one where he cheekily castigates the Federal Government for not waiving the Stafford Act one for ten requirement that he himself actually voted against doing ten days before? Remember his remark that the suburbs "Don't need to build more highways!"? Well, if you look at events occurring in Cleveland today, that's Obama's model for your town after November 6th. The City of Cleveland's thugs and gangsters are allowed to reach into the suburb dweller's pockets to fund whatever nefarious projects they wish. Clevelands r@pe of its suburbs is well underway and its serving as a model for what Obama intends to do to your suburban town after the election. So when you open your property tax bill after the first of the year and glance at the amount, you'll no longer be looking at money going from your pockets for the betterment of your towns parks, roads, buildings and schools, your money will going to clean up and house the nearest major metropolitan area's drunks, curing the venereal diseases of their prostitutes, cleaning up their garbage and lining the pockets of their politicians. And you wont have a d@mn thing to say about it because you don't live in these cities so you can't vote for who will spend your money. If the residents of 1776 Boston had a reason to be angry at King George and were justified throwing the King's tea into the harbor rather than pay the unfair tax the King imposed, the residents of 2012 America will be more than justified throwing King 'Bam and his Communist clones and surrogates overboard because of their plans to do the same thing to them where they live. Nature abhors cities anyway. With an elederly relative whose body is riddled with untreatable cancers that have metastasized to the lungs, kidneys, bladder and brain and if their heart should suddenly stop, would you call in the cardiologists from upstairs to restart their heart, or in the same situation with a relative that previously suffered a massive heart attack leaving only 20 per cent of their heart muscle functioning.
Besides, the more Americans 'Bam can crowd into a city, the more Americans his Muslim brothers will be able to kill when they get their nukes. What better way to help bring about the Worldwide Islamic Caliphate with a world largely devoid of Americans.
As an example of the Obama financial acumen behind his plans, that two billion US taxpayer dollars he sent to Brazil to help Petrobras develope their newly discovered oil fields helped George Soros move from being in the fourties of the list of the world's wealthiest individuals with only eleven billion in his bank accounts to number fifteen with nineteen billion in the bank. Meanwhile the Brazilians are selling their oil to the Chicomms]

"Suburbanites of Ohio, listen up. As swing voters in the ultimate swing state, you will have an outsized impact on this election. President Obama has pledged to govern in the interests of middle-class voters like you. With so much resting on your shoulders, that is a promise you should scrutinize with care. What exactly are Obama’s plans for Ohio’s suburban communities? The answer may shock you.

President Obama aims to help Ohio’s Democrats bail out your state’s struggling cities by forcibly transferring suburban tax money to urban treasuries. It’s a bold plan to redistribute the wealth of Ohio’s suburbs. It also calls for halting the sort of highway and commercial development that brings jobs and taxes to the suburbs. The shorthand for this is “regionalism.” Should Obama be reelected, a redistributive city-based regionalist agenda will likely be imposed on Ohio’s suburbs. The best way to envision the future of suburban Ohio in a second Obama term is to see how close this regionalist agenda came to enactment in Obama’s first four years.

Around 2006, Cleveland-area planners began floating proposals to grant the city access to taxes collected by surrounding suburbs. Their model was the Minneapolis–St. Paul region, where the Minnesota state legislature forces reluctant suburbanites to “share” their tax revenue with the cities. Cleveland’s regionalists also touted Portland, Ore., for its metropolitan planning agency. Portland’s planning commission has laid down an “urban growth boundary” that forbids highway or commercial development around the edges of the metropolitan area. Regionalists blame the plight of the cities on the loss of tax base to the suburbs. Blocking new highways that could ease commutes or serve as gateways to newly constructed suburbs is designed both to prevent further exodus and to press current suburbanites back toward the cities. This is what Obama was getting at in that recently released 2007 video where he said, “We don’t need to build more highways out in the suburbs.”

Redistributive tax sharing and urban-growth boundaries are rare and deeply controversial, in part because they are by design anti-suburban policies. They effectively permit big cities to gut the political and economic independence of their surrounding municipalities."

Both the Marcellus and Utica shales underlie the state of Ohio.
Obama has trained his EPA to destroy hydraulic fracturing, and destroy shale hydrocarbon development.
In Ohio.
Oil, gas, jobs. Not for Ohio. Not for the U.S.

Fracking was shut down in Ohio by the Governor after the Youngstown quake. It has since been allowed to start up again.

The federal government, much less the President alone, can't determine how municipal funds can be distributed. That's the county/state government's job.

However federal block and development grants can be steered towards urban areas over the 'burbs. They generally are distributed according to per capita population, +/or traffic volume.
