Obama's desperately trying pin a technicality on Mitt, saying that his misrepresentation of his role with Bain could be a felony.

Uh__ duh. You weren't even born in the f'ing country. And if you somehow were then you still were a citizen of Indonesia and are consequently an illegal alien and not even eligible to be president, let alone live here.

If Obama contends Romeny is guilty of a felony he has an obligation to press charges! I think the media should push this with Obama and make him own up to the fact that Romney did no such thing. He was CEO of his own retirement account, Bain Capital VI and VII. C'mon, media. Hawk this president in getting Holder to press charges and let's see who has egg on their faces at the end of this.

Indonesia requires that only citizens partake of the services such as the schools then he/she must be Indonesian. And they do not allow dual citizenship. So whether he was Kenyan or American before that is moot.

If you're born in the U.S. you're a citizen, doesn't matter if you're also a citizen of Indonesia.

    You're a moron.

The laws of Indonesia do not apply in the United States, idiot. The only way a person born in the U.S. can become not a citizen it to explicitly renounce their U.S. citizenship.

LOL!!! He wasn't running for president of Indonesia. Their law doesn't apply, ours does. Exercising rights by a dual national DOES NOT effect their rights under our law.

Just out of curiousity, what is your explanation for the fact that he had a press release clearly stating "born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia and Hawaii" for almost a decade and it wasn't changed until right before he announced his candidacy for President?
