how do you get rid of 25 million illegals, easy set a date and after that date let's say two years from today that will give these criminals plenty of time to comply with the new law and date for leaving. After that date all illegal still here would be quickly deported and all personal property would then become property of the united states. It would be sold at auction and all proceeds then used to round up and deport any other illegas still here. To further this process say maybe give a $250.00 bounty on illegals our unemployed would gladly turn these illegals in for some easy cash and also opening up new jobs to be filled by our unemployed. The illegals will self deport themselves so they don't lose their property. They came here by themselves and would leave by themselves if this was done. It is not our job to take care of these people. Want to become an american follow our laws to do it!!!!

some costs would go up but our taxes would go greatly down. just think of how much tax money is spent educating, incarcerating, medicating, welfare, foodstamps. these criminals. the services they steal are not free. we the tax payer pays for this!!!!! If we are providing all these services Mexico should reimburse us for this. lets say send one bar. of oil per illegal per month. That would be a start!!!!! think of it 25 million barl. of oil per month. If not send all these criminals back. Not long ago I remember Americans did all these jobs, and the cost of labor was added to the product consumed by the consumers.

this was done last time and it didn't work it was called Amnesty It means rewarding criminals that broke our laws and giving them special treatment. that is bullshit if you break our laws you should not receive special treatment you should be bared from ever becoming a citizen or ever coming here. their actions show utter contempt to our laws and customs and it also shows they don't care about our laws and clearly show they are not the kind of people we need or want in this country!!!! I'd say the drain they create on society is greater than what they contribute. Plus, their jobs would be taken over by Americans, thus contributing more tax revenues, and the money they currently send home to prop up Mexico's failing economy would remain here in the States. The drain they create on social and medical services would be eliminated, not to mention the countless hours spent by law enforcement on illegal immigrant crime. America would be safer and more prosperous.

Did you ever stop to think what would happen? I don't think you have.

3. Punish employers who knowingly hire illegals. Heavy fines for the first offense, jail time for the second.

4. Require proof of legal presence before wiring money out of the country. No proof, no transfer.

what? they don't take jobs away from the 10% who are unemployed? what an asswipe.

you obviously have not spent a great deal of time with chronically unemployed americans. I know very few of them who would be willing to go OFF the dole in order to stand in the hot sun all day long harvesting vegetables for less than minimum wage. And if the farmer were forced to PAY them minimum wage and offer them benefits, which he does NOT have to do with illegal immigrants, the price of vegetables at the supermarket would SKYROCKET and everyone would be pissed... you'd never sleep on clean sheets in a hotel again... no corporation's headquaters could have lawns anymore because no one would mow them....

To bad Obama as basically said he will not even consider securing the border until we give in on amnesty. Now if people could trust him to keep his word we might let him pass amnesty then secure the border, but we have been duped on that once before and duped by Obama several times already so nobody is buying it anymore.

I can support amnesty, but not citizenship for illegals. That would be a slap in the face to the immigrants who came here and were naturalized according to law. Give them green cards...but not voter registration cards.

Of course, that's the left's goal: Millions of instant Democrat voters.

Some of my family owned and operated a Super 8 Motel near here for many years. They never had any problem finding local people to do the maintenance, housekeeping, mow the yard, etc. No illegals needed.

A lot of us mow our own lawns or there are any number of services willing to do it for us. Maybe some hire illegals, but most don't have any trouble finding people here legally to do the work.

Have a close friend with a very large janitorial service. Because of the prevalence of illegals in that field, he requires new hires to bring proof of citizenship. He has no trouble keeping his business staffed.

Business after business who have had their illegals 'confiscated' and deported have managed to hire legal workers to fill those positions. Yes they had to pay more. So we probably are paying a few cents more for a head of lettuce or a pound of oranges or a pound of hamburger, but that is better than the constant drain on community resources that high numbers of illegals create.

And yeah, those who LIKE to hire illegals because they can pay less and therefore underbid their competition get mad as hell when their illegals are targeted and deported. But oh well. It's too bad when you have to compete on equal footing with everybody else.

It isn't a matter of racism or prejudice or any kind of bigotry.

It is a matter of everybody playing bythe same rules. If you do business, you play by the same rules everybody else plays by. If you want to work and live in the USA, do so legally. Otherwise don't come here.
