IF there is a surprise, it will be next wed or thurs. due to the time left as in news days, and the weekends , he will want to change momentum if he can one last time and not give Romney a chance to explain or grab it back.

So, imho, next wed the 31 or Nov 1, as the unemployment number is due out Friday too, so it will take try and roll over any bad news if there is any adjustment upward and if not, so what, it will just add to the message. Romney will only have 2-3 news days to respond, Friday and Monday before the election.
