Obama's agenda: Trickle up poverty, any discussion?

Obama is proving he is a anti-american socialist and the idiots will still defend him. All you who defend him, go live in russia if you don't like it here and stop crying about the republicans, they are the onlt good choice, the dimwits are idiots.

We al know where that poverty is coming from. It is the decisions we have made over the last 30 years to grow the economy by throwing money at the wealthy

Because people are so much more poor than they were 30 years ago.

Look at the hours one had to work to buy a TV or Car are minimum wage in 1981, compare that to the hours to buy the equivalent goods today.

In 1981, minimum wage was $3.35 an hour. ($5.56 in 2010 $) A 19" RCA color television cost $399 retail. Our lucky worker only had to work 120 hours to buy it.

Today the poor worker is much worse off. A 19" I-Inc LCD Color TV is $79. At $7.25 an hour, the poor, mistreated sap today has to work 11 hours.

In 1981 a low cost Chevy Citrion retailed at $7,499. Our lucky worker only had to put in 2238 hours to buy it. A blink of an eye.

Today, in order to buy a $12,999 Hyundai Elantra, the poor sap has to work 1792 hours. Yeah, the Elantra has CD/DVD/MP3 play back, air conditioning, power windows, power breaks and a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. But the Chevy had an AM radio and usually didn't break down until the 14th month - once the warranty was up....

SAY, when looked at logically, you're sort of a fucking moron, aren't you?

LOL, well we know YOU voted for Obama...

Average Income in the United States
in 1978 it was 15,000
Gas was 0.63 a gallon
1970s Flashback-Economy / Prices

Your info as mine does shows the 1/2 that never gets reported
