No doubt, it will be thrown out. SCOTUS is nothing more than an Obama rubber stamp of approval.

More importantly the American people are aware of his unconstitutional-and therefore illeagal- acts. Lets hope the courts put him on a short leash and/or and impeach him before they become convinced that they too can not be relied on to do their job.
