The U.S. government is warning airlines that some terrorists are considering surgically implanting explosives into humans to carry out attacks.

Well, it's just a matter of time before Homeland Security begins buying gurneys, and training TSA to do surgery....at minimum wage.
But, for hygiene considerations, one might wish to bring their own gurney to the airport:
