I guess Obama must be desperate for a win.. any win.. even if it's an obvious lie.
Sending out Joe Biden to take all the credit, pathetic.

“I am very optimistic about — about Iraq. I mean, this could be one of the great achievements of this administration. You’re going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You’re going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government.”

So, he was for winning it after he was for losing it?

LOL.....I'll never keep up with these Dems. Between Harry Ried saying the Iraq war is lost and Biden saying that no progress has been made against sectarian violence nor could it be made by using the surge (very adamant he was), I'm not sure how to deal with all these foreign policy experts.

But, at least Barry won the war. All that heavy lifting he did. Staying the course when every one thought it was a loser. We're so lucky to have a leader like Barry. :eusa_shhh:

Obama Wins Iraqi War

The World trembles in fear at the military prowess of Generalismo Obama

Lets see....Bush had five years to win a war that he said "The people will treat us as liberators"

Bush= FAIL

Looks like President Obama will finally do what Bush couldn't

LOL.....dork

History shows that Bush had five years to a war that he downplayed the difficulty. Declaring victory after a month and that the liberated Iraqis would treat US soldiers as liberators.

Bush got himself into a situation he could not handle and left it for Obama to eventually win

History will show that candidate Obama tried to lose a war that was won, and he will be a laughing stock throughout history for it.

Trying to claim he had anything to do with 'winning it' is like saying Harry truman won WWII.

Come'on, you don't even believe that. How do you expect anyone else to?

Sorry....but we defeated Japan in three and a half years. Bush had five years to win in Iraq and blundered the job. He was the one who claimed it would be easy. Bush blundered his unnecessary war. Bush FAILED

Left it for Obama to win

Oh come on, you're right Bush failed in many ways regarding Iraq (not the least of which was invading it in the first place), but you cannot possibly be delusional enough to give President Obama any credit for "winning the War in Iraq", President Obama has contributed nothing for either good or bad with respect to Iraq, so he doesn't deserve any "credit" nor does he deserve any "blame".

Can you for once take off your partisan blinders and just admit what you already know?

Sorry, but you can't spin history.

Barry will be the answer to a funny trivia question:

"Name the President that tried to lose a war and later claimed to win it"

Our troops are still in Japan today..........

Good spin though RW. I am enlightened to see you actually throw "some" energy into the debate, as misguided and strange as it may be.

A for effort.

Besides the fact we also shot every single Jap in our path back then. A little different war politically today........

History shows that Bush brought his country into two wars and fucked both of them up. Thankfully, "We the People" elected a President who understood where the terrorists really were and drew down the troop levels in Iraq while going after terrorists in Afghanistan. He also understood that Pakistan was a key to stabilizing the region and encouraged them to step up their anti-Taliban fighting
