Obama will do and say anything to keep in the spotlight

The trick with The Prophet, of course, is to watch what he does vs. what he says. That may seem absurdly obvious, but not to some on this forum.

Obama's Pick to Be Army's Top Lawyer Withdraws - Political News - FOXNews.com

I don't care what anyone says I am not a fan of Mob Rule. But the President is a fucking Idiot that aspires to another term and keeps trying to nominate people for positions that have legal problems or LIE on their forms. He just keeps nominating people that did not pay their taxes or did not disclose who they worked for in attempts to cover up potential problems. His appointees are all ticking time bombs waiting to go off. Of course the liberasl just keep defending him and his choices.

Another failed appointment because of "mistakes" and attempts to cover up previous employment at failed operations. And Obama just keeps making these choices. Hell ya I am offended. This latest failure should raise red flags for everyone. It should make us understand that we need to spend more time paying attention to what Obama and the Democrats are doing with our Country. Our asses need to be awake and paying attention to this shit. We need to say tell Obama to shut the fuck upp and pick people that are not criminals, tax evaders and liars. Maybe it is time for Obama to go back to Illinois and stop screwing our Country up.

That's okay. I don't trust cabinet wannabes who are Republicans bearing the name "Donald" anyway.

For somebody that is supposedly so smart, he sure does make a lot of stupid decisions/choices.

Ya think? Uh oh, a feel a strong necessity for comparison here:

Complete Bush Appointee Resignation Scorecard

That scorecard pales in comparison with obamas criminal requirement to be in his cabinet.

It seem you must be a tax cheat or a voter fraud specialist.

BUT IT WAS BUSH lol suckers.

Look at Obamas pick for the head of the CIA, can someone tell me exactly how much experience Leon Panetta had in the intelligence community prior to running the CIA?

Oh about as much as George H.W. Bush did.

Gee, the 9/11 hijackers trained here while on Clinton's watch. This was after him failing to respond to the WTC bombing in 1993 and the USS Cole bombing in 1997, so you tell me genius. What did Clinton do ? Oh wait, he did bomb an aspirin factory the night before his impeachment proceedings began........

Now how is anyone supposed to find anything you post credible with respect to current events if you still don't know your accurate history of past events?

WTC attack, 1993
Four followers of the Egyptian cleric Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman were captured, convicted of the World Trade Center bombing in March 1994, and sentenced to 240 years in prison each. The purported mastermind of the plot, Ramzi Ahmed Yousef, was captured in 1995, convicted of the bombing in November 1997, and also sentenced to 240 years in prison. One additional suspect fled the U.S. and is believed to be living in Tehran.*

Riyadh, 1995, Khobar Towers, 1997
On 13 November 1995, a bomb was set off in a van parked in front of an American-run military training center in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh, killing five Americans and two Indians. Saudi Arabian authorities arrested four Saudi nationals whom they claim confessed to the bombings, but U.S. officials were denied permission to see or question the suspects before they were convicted and beheaded in May 1996.

On 25 June 1996, a booby-trapped truck loaded with 5,000 pounds of explosives was exploded outside the Khobar Towers apartment complex which housed United States military personnel in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, killing nineteen Americans and wounding about three hundred others. Once again, the U.S. investigation was hampered by the refusal of Saudi officials to allow the FBI to question suspects. On 21 June 2001, just before the American statute of limitations would have expired, a federal grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, indicted thirteen Saudis and an unidentified Lebanese chemist for the Khobar Towers bombing. The suspects remain in Saudi custody, beyond the reach of the American justice system. (Saudi Arabia has no extradition treaty with the U.S.)

US Embassy, Kenya and Tanzania, 1998
On 7 August 1998, powerful car bombs exploded minutes apart outside the United States embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, killing 224 people and wounding about 5,000 others. Four participants with ties to Osama bin Laden were captured, convicted in U.S. federal court, and sentenced to life in prison without parole in October 2001. Fourteen other suspects indicted in the case remain at large, and three more are fighting extradition in London.

USS Cole, October 2000
The attack killing 17 occurred less than 60 days before the transition of power in Washington to the Bush administration. It took the Bush administration 4 years to track down and prosecute those responsible and the perpetrators currently in U.S. custody with varying sentences imposed.

Sudan Arrest of Osama Bin Laden
Clinton targeted bin Laden even before he moved to Afghanistan in 1996. His administration brokered an agreement with the government of Sudan to arrest OBL and turn him over to Saudi Arabia (the U.S. did not have extradition rights with Sudan). For 10 weeks, Clinton tried to persuade the Saudis to accept the offer, but they refused. Bin Laden had been kicked out of Saudi Arabia, was considered an expatriot and therefore a threat to their country too. With no cooperation from the Saudis, the deal fell apart and bin Laden fled to Pakistan, then Afghanistan.

"Criminal"??? Sure.

I think it's interesting how only in this administration has the IRS been employed to check out qualifications for cabinet positions. I wonder how many would have been dinged long before they were approved due to income tax "avoidance" in prior administrations. Sadly, we never thought it was necessary to do witch hunts to make or break careers ever before. Which says volumes about the overall intent of the current batch of Republicans.

No the only thing it demonstrates is the dems were all talk. That vetting process must have had a qualification of being a tax cheat.

What you guys did with sims is all that needs to be said for dem integrity.

NEED TISSUE?

Me? I'm not the one whining. Go shoot something; you'll feel better.

and mccain vetting of palin showed what?

That she had more qualifications and experience then our current boy king.

That's still the funniest thing I see about Palin. She's got a hot body, which is why she was and remains popular.

Well, of course a shallow twit like yourself would think that is the only reason she could be popular. Since you moonbats voted for your president based on his abs and rock star status. numbnut.

Tenet was appointed Deputy Director of Central Intelligence in July 1995. After John Deutch's abrupt resignation in December 1996, Tenet served as acting director. This was followed by the withdrawal of Anthony Lake, whose nomination had been blocked by Republicans in Congress. Tenet was then officially appointed Director on July 11, 1997, after a unanimous confirmation vote in the Senate. While the Director of Central Intelligence has typically been replaced by an incoming administration ever since Jimmy Carter replaced DCI George H. W. Bush, Tenet served through the end of the Clinton administration and well into the term of George W. Bush.

I'd say he has a bit more experience in the Intelligence community than Obama's yes.

In his junior year at Yale, Goss was recruited by the CIA. He spent much of the 1960s — roughly from 1960 until 1971 — working for the Directorate of Operations, the clandestine services of the CIA. There he first worked in Latin America and the Caribbean and later in Europe. The full details are not known due to the classified nature of the CIA, but Goss has said that he had worked in Haiti, Santo Domingo, and Mexico. A photograph taken in Mexico City in January 1963 allegedly shows Goss with his arm around David Sánchez Morales, at a table with Barry Seal and other CIA members of Operation 40, a U.S.-backed right-wing assassination squad.

Michael Vincent Hayden, (born March 17, 1945 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a retired United States Air Force four-star general and former Director of the National Security Agency and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. From April 21, 2005–May 26, 2006 he was the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, a position which once made him "the highest-ranking military intelligence officer in the armed forces."[1]

He was director of the National Security Agency (NSA) from 1999–2005. During his tenure as director, the longest in the history of the agency, he oversaw the controversial NSA surveillance of technological communications between persons in the United States and alleged foreign terrorist groups, which resulted in the NSA warrantless surveillance scandal.

I'd say that the Directors under Bush knew a little more about the Intelligence communty than Mr. Panetta Maggie.

You have been whiny all morning.

You might want to compare the "qualifications" of Palin --
