Without knowing precisely what is going on, there is no doubt something nefarious is afoot. There is no reason for 30 busses of people to be flying on a UPS flight designated for parcels, under the cover of night, filled with people, who are met on arrival with busses already waiting, and whisked away in secret. In the video, the person recording is in hot pursuit of up to 30 busses that he claims are filled with people he just watched land in Harrisburg International Airport on a UPS plane.

Upon the plane’s arrival, which was alleged to be a “parcel flight,” there were 30 busses already lined up, and ready receive, what turned out not to be parcels, but dozens and dozens of people. According to whoever took the video, he watched as the planes occupants were quickly escorted onto the busses that were already waiting, and then he began filming as the busses departed with all the “mystery flyers.”

Understandably, the person recording is very excited, and almost flipping out over what he is filming. You can bet there is no above the board answer to who or why there were that many people secretly being flown in on UPS planes. The video is shaky and tough to make out, but at one point one of the busses is identified as Bus #245 (a company name was not revealed), and what sounds like license plate number: J0191B.

The picture I just posted is a picture of the aircraft from flightaware, with its registration to UPS. It is identical. Must be an older logo than their newer planes. I found it through its tail number.

In the interest of being factual, the plane in the photo was decommissioned in 2007.

If that photo was supposed to be of the actual plane doing the hauling, then it casts doubt on the veracity of the story.

Edit to add:
It appears that the photo is just a representative photo used to illustrate that UPS planes can carry passengers, and not one of the actual aircraft. The video in the OPs linked story does not show the plane whatsoever.

That is if I understand it right. Looks like they stopped using the 727 in May 2007…10 years ago.

Thank you for demonstrating that the photo wasn't photo-shopped but merely a deliberate lie, using an old photo, to disparage Obama and the humanitarian efforts to help refugees.

This is interesting. I found this post from 2002, at airliners.net from a UPS pilot regarding this tail number and others they used. So they were stored at Kelly Air Force Base. Am I totally convinced those are refugees? No, but nothing would surprise me with this admin. And with the leaked email showing they are pushing granting citizenship on as many refugees as possible before the election, well it would be convenient, since they havee been maintained at Kelly -
UPS' pass ops were profitable. The reason why they were pulled was that the margins were beginning to shrink. The 727-100's were competing against more economical aircraft such as the A320 or the 737, and 757 that other tour operators are using. UPS decided to discontinue service instead of losing money or purchasing aircraft to compete in this venture.

The aircraft are stored at Kelly AFB. They are maintained by Dee Howard and kept in perfect operating condition. This is so when the aircraft are needed they will be flyable in a moments notice and used for peak season.
