Wrong, turd. If it has any possible private purpose, then it's not a campaign contribution. There are a lot of reasons Trump might want to pay off Stormy even if he isn't running for office. Therefore, it's not a campaign contribution. It happened during the campaign only because Stormy thought that was the best time to strike.
