Basically all the Tea Partiers are asking from government is to not spend or obligate the taxpayers' money irresponsibly, to not keep creating more and more debt, to respect the intent of the Constitution, and to eliminate unnecessary taxes and regulation that is hindering America's ability to create jobs and generate productivity and prosperity.

The Tea Party is supporting all candidates who agree with them on that. And they are opposing candidates who disagree with them on that. They aren't telling those bound for Congress HOW to do it. Just do it.
