Obama campaign sues Ohio over early voting law for military | Fox News Obviously military who are stationed overseas have the right to vote--and at times getting those mail-in ballots back into the state takes more time than the average citizen that can walk into their local precinct to vote. There is a strategic reason for this. Obama is LOSING the military vote by 24 points to Mitt Romney--and his action--trying to disenfranchise military personnel who may be overseas--who's residency is in Ohio--from meeting the early voting deadline is an attempt to disqualify the military in Ohio from voting. Ohio is a must win state--and it's also a swing state. I couldn't live in Ohio after this--and even possibly contemplate voting to reelect Obama after this.
