The troop strength has been so severely diminished that the ones who remain cant protect themselves much less friendly Iraqis.

To leech off of a people who are increasingly unable to pay for the union salaries and benefits.

Tax cuts on a par with an Indian Casino slot machine. You win every time so how come you end up broke.

The auto industry wasn't saved. The auto industry was never in any danger. The government took over GM, but Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Kia, and a host of other manufacturers never needed saving.

Allow me to retort:

1. It's not foreign markets that are flying high..it's American ones. See the "Corporate Profits are at an all time high part of my post".

2. That's right. They aren't spending money. I've had several threads in this forum that I thought that the big boys were being both petulant and dangerously trying to project their "power" into government policy. Basically..that's the case. They constructed policy making committees like "ALEC" and the "Commerce Committee" to write laws. And they bought a good many politicians to implement them. The other part of the stategy is to starve the United States of money. But it's coming back to bite them. People without money don't spend. But even with that..they are still hiring at a good clip. Much better then they were under Bush.

3. No it isn't. The "Tax" is an unenforcable "penalty" to people that don't have health care.

4. The man who got Bin Laden is still President of the United States. France and Britain may have "led" the effort to help the rebels in Libya..but without American air power..it would have most likely been a very different situation. Both Gaddafi and Bin Laden were high profile terrorists instrumental in the deaths of thousands of Americans. That conservatives dismiss Obama's efforts in this regard is disgusting and a testament to their "patriotism", which, is only evident when they are running the show.

5. Civil Servants are not "leeches". Neither are any people. They are human beings. And they work for a living. Some do it saving lives. And others do it making lives better. Only a conservative can characterize beneficial work and or employment as "leeching". It takes a special disregard for humanity that only conservatives foster. The philosophy of conservativism is anti-human. Even the so called "right to life" meme is basically done to take all rights away from women..even in dominion over their own bodies.

6. Now tax cuts are casino rules because they benefit the middle class. Classic!

7. Terrorism is "on the rise" because of 2 fucking wars. This is the exact outcome everyone opposed to invading Iraq and Afghanistan, foretold.

8. The fact stands. Your "qualifier" doesn't hold water.

9. Bullshit. It was in big trouble. Fantasy is not your friend.

10. That's what I love about folks that don't live here. It was a vacant lot with not much happening shortly after it was cleaned up and all during the Bush administration.
