Did you pay attention to what happened to US-Russian relations durring the Bush administration. George W Bush almost undid all that Reagan and his father did in the 80's.

Putin took advantage of Bush's unpopularity and lack of respect in the international community to increase Russian power in throughout world.

The overall tone of Obama's meetings in Russia were cooperative. You need to read more than one article about Obama's trip to Russia.

Can you please show me the evidence that the meetings has strengthened anything? As many of you have already said Bush met with many countries and did a horrible job.
