Obama stomps feet and throws tantrum aimed at SCOTUS

I thought sure I'd get the usual you lie responses. Seems the ridiculous titles only work for the left.

*stomps feet in tantrum*

We know whats best for you. So you will comply or be arrested without charge, and held indefinitely. (UNTIL THE OTHER PARTY WINS )

You will support crony payoffs as it has been ordered. If you served in the military you are a person of interest, future suspect. Crime invented at time of arrest.

Democrats/liberals are the most disgusting P'sOS on the planet bar none.

What obama really needs in an election year is to pick a fight with the Supreme Court. He is already held in a personal low esteem by the Court. He has already lied about the Court. Why doesn't he just pull out one of his famous executive orders and dissolve it.

He's absolutely right.

Over the last decade the Supreme Court:

-Decided and installed an American President.
-Decided that private corporations can take over the land of a private citizen to further their own profit.
-Decided that a state's laws prohibiting the keeping of hand guns went "to far".
-Overturned a century's worth of election finance reform.
-Decided there was a "time limit" on when an employee can bring a case against an employer for unfair wage discrimination
-Decided that a Vice President's meetings with private corporations to determine public policy was secret and not subject to review.
-Decided not to hear cases concerning indefinite detention.
-Decided that police can strip search private citizens no matter what the cause.

It's a radical right wing court involved in judicial activism and legislating from the bench. It's been over stepping it's constitutional boundries for some time now.

Good on the President for pointing that out.

US President Barack Obama on Monday challenged the "unelected" Supreme Court not to take the "extraordinary" and "unprecedented" step of overturning his landmark health reform law.

Obama gonna lose his security blanket or binkey on this one?

It's funny.

He thinks he's a powerful enough of a tyrant to tell the SCOTUS to not do their job properly.

in other words

when he said his law was Constitutional, he knew he was lying.

I didn't hear Obama scolding them for those decision. In fact all I heard was Obama TRYING TO INFLUENCE AN ACTIVE COURT IN AN ACTIVE CASE.

That doesn't bother you? The man needs to be put in check. He isn't a fucking king.

70 years of precedent.
WIckard v Filburn.

If the fed can tell a farmer, he can't grow wheat on his own land to feed his own cattle, it can tell you to buy insurance.

Last I looked, you CONZ weren't exactly brushed up on your basic civics or how to use "google" and we see this borne out again here.

So, the SCOTUS backed another liberal tyrants ideals of forcing farmers to work a certain way, and you think it's ok to keep the tyranny going.

petty fucking tyrant.

So when states legislatively pass anti illegal immigration laws then judges had no fucking business overturning those legislative decisions?

SCOTUS overturns laws all the time, what is he talking about?

Did he even hear himself?

They are complaining that the supreme court justices are talking about throwing the whole law out instead of just the mandate. If they only strip the mandate then they are effectively legislating from the bench. It is not their job to edit/re-write legislation only to decide if it is constitutional or not.

Obama made him self look unaware of how our system works. Also with Obamacare he made himself look unaware of what powers the constitution allows the federal government to have.
