Obama-appointed judge bars US from enforcing Trump administration's asylum ban

"A federal judge in San Francisco on Monday barred the Trump administration from refusing asylum to immigrants who cross the southern border illegally, likely prompting a legal challenge from the White House."

According to Obama's crony judge, Illegals who break our laws by coming into the US illegally, instead of complying with Laws that govern Asylum and how to file for it, can still file for Asylum after they have illegally forced their way into the US.

That's like saying a criminal who breaks into your house and squats down in your house can file for 'asylum' / file to stay in your house AFTER they have broken into your house, claiming being poor is the reason they want Asylum / to stay in your house, which - to liberals - is good enough reason, yet not legally, to allow them to stay.

Oh the outrage.

What you're really saying is the judiciary is requiring the President to support the Constitution and obey the laws passed by Congress in regards to people seeking asylum.

I also noted that the judge said the Administration's stance that the US was being over run with people sneaking across the border was not believable because illegal border crossings are at their lowest level in decades.

Maybe you should study US civics. Trump will never have unchecked power to do as he pleases, and now with a Democratic Congress, you'd be surprised how little he will be able to do.
