Obama still crushing Republican field

you have an odd definition of crushing.

the way some of you spin (IE lie) is downright amazing.

Romney does the best, with one out of nine polls. The others are losing in all the polls. It's bad news for the Republicans, especially if the economy continues to improve.

Depends on who you ask.

It does seem very doubtful that President Obama won't be reelected but I'm sure Rasmussen, as an example, would disagree because they ask pubs.

Uhhh.. no... they have a different selection of questions and answers... it is not a Republican only or Republican dominated poll...

But nice try, troll

If he can't do better than these particular Repubs, he might as well step out of the race. There is no need for him to fear even one of them.

It is a crappy group. Embarrassing, even.

Still, Obama is running uphill - he's black, the unemployment rate is high, and there's a concerted unwavering media campaign against him, stoking the fires of prejudice and negativity all across the country.

That he's doing as well as he is is a credit to him.

Well, he's beating every Republican candidate in every poll but one.

That's not "crushing"?

He's the sitting President, no it's not crushing, if anything it looks pretty bad IMO.

Past all that crap it's like a year away, who the fuck cares what these polls say. How did Obama poll a year out in 2007?

Since March, Obama's job approval rating has hovered above Carter's, considered among the 20th century's worst presidents, but today Obama's punctured Carter's dismal job approval line. On their comparison chart, Gallup put Obama's job approval rating at 43 percent compared to Carter's 51 percent.

Ahh, an Obama-bot, I recognize the signs anywhere.

Bush was a GREAT President, it was just the damn media and the fact that he is white that made him look so bad!

First things first.
obama needs to worry about how he's going to cover his ass when congress get's through investigating what happened during fast and furious. and who gave the order, then he can worry about maybe winning the 2012 election

Bush was not even a good president.

...for sure. President Obama's +2.5 lead over current GOP front runner Mitt Romney I do believe is accurate. Also, president Obama's approval rating has risen dramatically...

...while congressional approval has set a new all time record low...

RealClearPolitics - Election Other - Congressional Job Approval

At current it's too close to call but if events remain the same it looks to be another term for president Obama.

Please, after Fast and Furious he has to deal with Solyndra and the other scandals.
