I know what ya mean about the "ape imitators". Kids used to do it in school. I remember the sounds too... ohh ohh ohh kinda sound. Did U ever see the cartoons where a guy would be playing a crank powered musical instrument on a street corner with a lil monkey that would panhandle with a cup in it's hand?

1. You are going to think this is funny, but what I thought was meant by the word "ape" was, you know when you mock some one and make that jester where you scratch both arm pits and poke your lips out, and make "ape" sounds? Yeah see made you "lol" huh, it was funny eh?

Giving tax breaks to companies that bring industry back to America likewise a grand idea.

Are they examples of Ron Paul proposals?

Not to my knowledge but then I'm not a RP expert, either
