Congress has let us down the supreme court has done the same thing, the founders hope this day would never come but they made a prevision in the bill of rights that would help put a stop to this type of tyranny of the federal government, it's called the second amendment.

I'm good with this, the president needs to get his people in there and start working on the job at hand. Elections have consequences, whoever gets elected shouldn't have to wait months to get people appointed to these kinds of positions. The Pres is still responsible for what goes down, if he/she appoints a tax dodger or communist, then he/she should answer for it in the next election.
