If he is telling people this for political gain when it's obviously not true, it's scary. If he is telling people this because it was his intention all along and in his mind it has worked, that's much more scary. It was one thing to get caught up in the moment of hope and change and the idea of having the first black president and voting for him in 2008, even though the guy was totally unqualified, unvetted and unprepared for this job. How could anyone vote for this guy now? What a failure.
