Obama Plays The Race Card

Here are some good reasons why the GOP would want a strong black turnout, using Doggie The Bubble Mod's "logic" that race is all that matters:

2010 Black GOP Candidates

I'm assuming you guys don't know anything about election politics.

He's completely right. The Republicans are counting on Black people not voting..

I think you are wrong. I think the Republicans know that the era of "white guilt" is over.

No it's not. Saying that one party hasn't done a good job reaching out to certain demographics can also be construed to mean that that party should improve in that area.

You are just revealing your own racialist bias.

And the GOP still hasn't. So again, they still haven't given African Americans a good reason to vote GOP.

Except you're the one assuming that African Americans would vote for African Americans candidates automatically. Now who's playing the race card?

I qualified it as assuming that they used your Racialist Logic.

I personally don't believe that people should vote based on race, but you apparently give it a great deal of credence.

No "racialist" logic on my part. I encourage people of all races to vote every election. Voting is one of the most important things anyone can ever do.

Well, 98% of the "black folk" voted for obie wan and he still enjoys a 90% approval rating in the black community. All black Republicans are called racist names by black demonRats. Now those are facts. Take em or leave em.

Why do you say "black folk"? :eusa_eh:

Also, any links to back up your assertions?

C'mon guys let's not argue about this, everyone knows the Republicans want blacks to vote in high numbers this election. Stop being silly

Well, that's probably why Obama wants them to come out and vote on Nov. 2nd.

Clinton recieved 85% of the Black vote as well... must have been because he was Black, right?

I think "Republicans" are counting on lots of Democrats to be dispirited and shaken by Obama and their politicos in Washington under the banner of the D party; I have no clue why anyone would transfer any inclination, to not vote to black-folks to any greater extent. And most Democrats who are already in office and in majority black districts are most likely in safe seats, and whether or not the black vote is depressed won't matter a whit.

He was race baiting, because that is all he has.
He's a thug.

That's all he's ever been. His whole political career has been based on Thuggery.

right, and during this election they called Clinton a racist. nice try but if a black candidate had run against Clinton ain't no way 85% of them would have voted for Clinton.

Aha. Going with the "this is what would have happened" argument....
