Most of the stimulus went to union jobs.

And the DOL raised all labor rates for stimulus jobs to equal union wages. Paying those high costs of labor end up costing more for every project, schools and government buildings included.

Yet he has no problem giving illegal aliens work visas when so many Americans are out of work.
