Repeating the same thing again and again doesn't magically make it intelligent.

I can't wait til I see my doc again and tell her she's just like the KKK.

Look past the image folks - and get to the INTENT that formed each of those images.

You will do little to hold your government accountable if you don't understand even the simplest forms of conformity based politics...

Utter arrogance.

All he has done is speak - and be praised for it. That is all Obama knows.

The liberal education system embraced this half black man into its arms, and clapped themselves on their own collective backs for being so "progressive" in the process.

Such an education has left Obama terribly unfit to actually perform the role of leader.

He is a cliche' without a purpose beyond self promotion.

I almost pity the po fool...

Before anyone jumps on the "racism" bandwagon....please be aware that "White Hoods" Sinatra has a totally non-racial rational for bringing up Obama's racial make up. As a matter of fact, it doesn't refer to race at all! It's there to TRICK YOU oversensitive liberals into thinking it has something to do with Obama's race.

Ha Ha! Fooled you...it's not about race at all! It's about......."White Hoods" Sinatra, tell them what it's really about.

Nope - but keep trying dear boy.

Please read above post...

Did. Still not clear. Talk me thru it, "White Hoods".

You are unable to make sense of that simple statement?

I will try again dear boy...

It is akin to saying all homesexuals are the same via the simple fact they are homosexual. That of course is false, and in fact a form of bigotry.

Even if one were to dress a crowd of homosexuals into the same white coat and take a photo, then attempt to circulate that photo as evidence all homosexuals are the same - there would remain the inherent falseshoods of that premise.

Only the muddle-minded would accept such a premise, or those pre-disposed to a more comfortable inner bigotry...

:eusa_whistle:

What does this thread have to do with homosexuals? Are you saying the term "white hoods" refers to homosexuals?

Oh dear - this is worse than attempting to teach a lecture hall full of incoming freshmen...

The applicability resides in the realm of conformity.

Why would the White House purposely dress all of these "doctors" in the same exact smock - be it white robes, hoods, or other?

It was done with intent - what was that intent?

Many of the doctors arrived in suit and tie - or dress. Why alter the natural order of things? Why play house and dress them all up to look the same?

C'mon now dear boy - try thinking for a change instead of simply reacting from your own deeply rooted prejudice...

What IS my deeply rooted prejudice, "White Hoods"?

Tuesday, October 6, 2009 "TAKE A COAT...TAKE A SEAT!" Image via Wikipedia The President once again turns to the cameras of the media to push his bid for a public option in the health care bill. Yesterday he invited some 150 doctors to the White House to be with him when he faced the cameras. All of them were supposedly Obama supporters. There was however, a problem. It seems that not all the doctors got the memo reminding them to wear white coats. Not to worry though, the President's staff happened to find a supply of white coats in varying sizes for the doctors that didn't have one. Once that little glitch was solved, the President flanked by white coats on each side of the podium, faced a sea of white in the audience and delivered his message.

This was not a meeting with the medical community to discuss the pros and cons of the health care debate. These doctors were used as props so the message would take on a more official appearance to the public. Many of the doctors thought they were there to talk health care with the President and were a little confused when White House staffers came up to them with the question, "Where's you're coat?" Additional video footage shows staff workers out in the seated audience handing out the whites to anyone seated who wasn't wearing one. You can imagine the line they used... "Here, we need you to put this on and be a doctor for one hour."

It seemed a bit peculiar that the President was singing praises to this group for their service to society, when a month ago he was railing them for being part of the problem by performing unnecessary tests, and operations, driving up health costs unnecessarily. He also praised them for adhering to the "oath" they took to practice medicine and how disheartening it must be not to be able to supply the best medical treatment for all their patients. This is the same Hippocratic Oath that his health care advisor Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel has written about as being a part of the health care dilima because it may be linked to reasons some doctors keep patients alive longer than necessary. (see:jama.ama-assn.org/)

The President doesn't want health care reform, he wants a public option run by the government and will go to any length to get it. His union pals are counting on it. They need the government to step in and bail them out from the mess they've made with their own health care system. More Obama political payback to the few placed on the backs of the whole. If he was really wanting to get a group of doctors together and discuss health care, he might consider some of the 1000 or so that marched on 9/12 against his health agenda.

Where do the White Hoods come in?
As far as I can tell he means that doctors that support Obama are like the KKK. Not sure about his conformity issue, unless he's talking about all those that are against Obama with their posters of him as Stalin, Hitler, etc. hmmm...maybe that's it, the new posters at the teabagging events will have Obama dressed in a white hood on their posters.

Ouch!

WASHINGTON -- President Obama yesterday rolled out the red carpet -- and handed out doctors' white coats as well, just so More..nobody missed his hard-sell health-care message.

In a heavy-handed attempt at reviving support for health-care reform, the White House orchestrated a massive photo op to buttress its claim that front-line physicians support Obama...

LiveLeak.com - Desperate Obama and Democrat Clown Posse Scramble to Handout White Coats For Botched op Propaganda...

Oh my, now he's linking to Free Republic. This makes me doubt the story he's trying to push is even true.

I really wonder how these people 'FEEL' being used as props in the Government Takeover of even their lives, when their lives and their livley hood will NOT be one of their making, their terms, but yet one that the all mighty Obama, and Federal Goverment dictates from on high?

Obama Manipulation: Photo-Op Doctors Given Prop White Coats <LINK

RUSH ARCHIVE: Obama, 150 doctors in white coats in the Rose Garden today to go through the motions of saying they support Obamacare. I don't know but I would like to find out if there was a psychiatrist among them because that's who's needed inside the White House. Now, this is a classic textbook move by the fascists. What you do here is you organize the private sector using carrots and sticks to have them work against their own self-interests and for the interests of central planners in Washington.

OBAMA: I am thrilled to have all of you here today, and you look very spiffy in your coats.

Remember when Obama was so enamoured with the Olympics in China? And what he said of it?

It was a SHOW from the ChiComs...and purely a SHOW.

And we witness much the same here. Smaller scale...but in the case of the Olympics and China, it was to make the world think that what they are and what ther're doing isn't such a Bad deal.

Now never mind that the Chinese aren't allowed the same freedoms we are here in the US. Their families are limited...they cannot openly surf the internet as we do. Not allowed the dissent that we are (for now)...Their Very LIVES are RUN from the Government...And Obama thought the Chinese have it down PAT...

I digress...

From Novermber 25, 2008...we were treated to this from Obama:

OBAMA:" Everybody's watching what's going on in Beijing right now in the Olympics. Think about the amount of money that China has spent on infrastructure. Their ports, their train systems, their airports are all vastly superior to us now, which means if you're a corporation deciding where to do business, you're starting to think Beijing looks like a pretty good option. "

The Chinese don't have any say in their affairs, and it's all sent down from on HIGH.

Obama seemed to think THEN that the ChiComs were a good OPTION. He wants to DO the same here. In this case with healthcare. His little 'Show' yesterday didn't fool me. It was contrived, and totally disingenuous.

This little 'show' was just that, and it was of people that were donors to the DNC, and Obama. What was witness was a RUSE...and my comparison is a microcosm of what Obama wants to do with this Republic.

The Chinese LIE, and Obama has LIED, and continues to.

We have already told him NO this past Summer, and yet he and his handlers contiue their little games.
