It really is difficult to evaluate results from one poll to the next. It should be noted though, that SurveyUSA is not a robo-poll and it does include cell phones as well as land lines.

So every agency is getting it wrong when they poll?

You do realize that there aren't even numbers of each party as well, right?

I remember '06 as well, it was a very good year for Democrats. Comparing off year elections to presidential elections probably isn't a good idea.
