Clinton did more to catch Bin Laden then any administration including GWB's.

Clinton was offered Bin Laden by the Sudan, but remarkably he and Sandy Berger said no, because they didn't think they had enough evidence. They treated him like he was a bank robber. W had his chance with the Phoenix memo to do something, but we know how that went. 3,000 lives later, I don't think we should trust our safety to bureaucrats or politicians.
