"Great orator" that Barack is, he's reduced to saying "let me be clear" a million times, while never actually being clear, for some reason. I can only conclude that he really doesn't want to be clear.... He just wants us to think he is!

Either that or, "whitey" is still keeping him down, won't let him be clear!
