Obama needs to go! Now! Get the fuck out!

Hey, CF.

If the OP was a bit over-wrought, so be it.

Your clarification does seem calmer.

Personally, I don't see how their idiot "plan" constitutes being part of a criminal conspiracy, so I don't see it as impeachable. And impeachment is a moot point anyway, for even if it gets by the House, the Senate would never convict.

No. The best way to evict Pres. Obama from the Oval Orifice is to defeat him in November via the ballot.

And it is absolutely the right thing to do to vote that idiot out of Office.

From what we know, Holder and Obama were trying to create a situation where gun violence would create an anti-gun backlash in the USA. So they decided to give untraceable weapons to the most violent criminals on the planet in the hopes that the ensuing violence would create the backlash they were hoping for. In the course of their planning and execution of the plan, a US Border Guard was murdered. That's acting as accessory.

They knowingly gave weapons to violent criminals. Did they plan on Brian Terry in particular getting murdered? Of course not, but their reckless conduct did get literally hundreds of people killed.

Does it rise to a conspiracy? Perhaps. If the Fast and Furious documents show that Obama and Holder came up with F&F and hoped that people would get killed so they could use that to get weapons out of the hands of citizens, isn't that conspiracy?

who's "we"?

Those who pay attention.

You're excused.

Good question. I bet it's the same "We" that had/has proof that President Obama is not an Americna Citizen.

btw Frank, most of the individuals killed by the cartels are Mexican. Most Americans don't give a two shits about the lives of those Mexicans. Do you really think Americans would get so mad at that that they would willingly give up their weapons because of the violence south of the border? Like I said before, that's crazy.

ATF officials didn't intend to publicly disclose their own role in letting Mexican cartels obtain the weapons, but emails show they discussed using the sales, including sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called "Demand Letter 3". That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or "long guns." Demand Letter 3 was so named because it would be the third ATF program demanding gun dealers report tracing information.

On July 14, 2010 after ATF headquarters in Washington D.C. received an update on Fast and Furious, ATF Field Ops Assistant Director Mark Chait emailed Bill Newell, ATF's Phoenix Special Agent in Charge of Fast and Furious:

"Bill - can you see if these guns were all purchased from the same (licensed gun dealer) and at one time. We are looking at anecdotal cases to support a demand letter on long gun multiple sales. Thanks."

Fast and Furious is a horrific scandal. The public deserves answers as to who devised the operation and what they hoped to accomplish. But the theory that Fast and Furious was devised to promote gun control goes far beyond the evidence, as Issa basically admitted to ABC this weekend, and it does not withstand scrutiny. The chairman should be ashamed to have dabbled in it, and should fully retract his initial comment, unless he has a considerable amount of evidence he has not shared with the public.

........

Moreover, if the goal was to increase the overall use of U.S. guns in Mexican crimes, Fast and Furious wasn’t nearly large enough: In most years, more than 10,000 guns used in Mexican crimes are traced to U.S. sources.

^ false. The EVIDENCE does indeed, absolutely and without any honest doubt, demand the conclusion that one of the purposes of the fucked up program was to justify additional gun control regulations.

No evidence exists that points to the government using the violence south of the border to enact harsh gun control measures on the citizens of the US.

[Remember the movie "Evita" and the song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina"? Well there should be a new one, "Don't Cry For Me America". The American people left logic and reason outside the voting booth when they entered, November 2008, so you're compelled to say they got what they deserved, but what about those who voted against the Communist? Today we received the news that the Obama WhiteHouse is begging the Taliban for the chance to surrender to them and then in addition the WhiteHouse takes the opportunity to double down on NASA's charged mission to Mecca. Then there's this, in adition, to remind us of exactly how much a POS this guy is. There is no way Americans are going to allow this guy to finish a second term, unless he figures out a way to kill everyone who opposes him first, so he and his 'goombahs' are the only ones left. Read it and weep!]

"An impressive list of accomplishments!

First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.

First President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.

First President to preside over a cut to the credit-rating of the United States .

First President to violate the War Powers Act.

First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico .

First President to defy a Federal Judge’s court order to cease implementing the Health Care Reform Law.

First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.

First President to spend a trillion dollars on ‘shovel-ready’ jobs when there was no such thing as ‘shovel-ready’ jobs.

First President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters.

First President to by-pass Congress and implement the Dream Act through executive fiat.

First President to order a secret amnesty program that stopped the deportation of illegal immigrants across the U.S. , including those with criminal convictions.

First President to demand a company hand-over $20 billion to one of his political appointees.

First President to terminate America ’s ability to put a man in space-defunded NASA.

First President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present.

First President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it.

First President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly spoke-out on the reasons for their rate increases."
