I never said that. The simple fact remains that Congress is supposed to write our laws. Obama is not a King and cannot make them do anything, so...for the past 4 years (at least) they have done nothing and our country has suffered because of it. At least the GOP made it transparent that their #1 goal was to make Obama a one term President. Hopefully, this will not be forgotten in the mid-term elections.
