Obama Loses Democratic Primary In 15 Oklahoma Counties | Fox News

President Obama collected the most votes in the Oklahoma Democratic primary, but lost in 15 counties.

With 98 percent of precincts reporting Tuesday, Obama won 57 percent of the vote. Four other candidates combined for 43 percent of the vote, including anti-abortion activist and Operation Rescue founder Randall Terry who received 18 percent of the vote.

According to Democratic Party rules, Terry is eligible for a delegate since he won more than 15 percent of the statewide vote. Terry beat Obama in 12 counties, mostly in western Oklahoma.

Terry acknowledges he can't win the presidency but says he hopes to cause Obama's defeat in the fall.

Oklahoma earned the nickname "reddest of the red" states after Obama's failed to win a single county in the 2008 presidential race.

means nothing... but FUNNY AS HELL!!!!!!!!

If Romney is really having to put up a fight for Oklahoma, which no Republican has lost since 1964, that's kind of pathetic.

Independents can vote either ticket in Oklahoma; it IS very Republican, thus, I doubt Obama will pick much there in November.

So, de facto Republicans change their label just to engage in a bit of mischief, and this is news why?
