Are you simple? yes i guess you are not alone often during times of prosperity Americans credit their leader and in times of trouble blame them. It is the problem which allows Americans in general to be so easily fooled. The president has little or nothing to do with the economy. They maybe used as a tool by men of power like Reagen was in the treason of dismantling Americas industry or the fall guy for when the bubble bursts like Obama.
Fact is this problem is 30 years in the making and it is nothing short of your continued ignorance that allowed it to happen.
the country was built on industry period. the working class gained wealth and the powerful wished to reset back to feudal times with absulute power. thus dismantle the industry and bankrupt the nation then return on a white horse and allow the poverty stricken (thats all of you soon) to embrace their new leaders/monarchy. By spending all your time being confused and fighting each other only aids this venture.
i am sorry the bulk of you are so simple i really am but get your head out of your ass. take the lumps and poverty you have earned and support a leader like Obama that has good intentions. yes the coming years are going to see poverty that compares to the poorest of third world countries but if you have people willing to stand up and make it better it will get better.
If not then simply allow the men of power to continue their treason and to rule you and your childrens children for generations as their kings.

We both know that McConnell’s plan would benefit Republicans politically by placing the responsibility for raising the debt limit almost entirely with Obama. It would allow Republicans in both chambers to vote en masse against it without causing a national economic catastrophe.

In other words, it's just a political ploy, not a real solution.

The real solution was proposed by Paul Ryan and the Big 0 immediately said no.

If the Dems refuse to talk abut a real solution, then let them take responsibility for the result of the refusal and we can fix the mess when they get voted out.
