This news was long-time coming. I heard about banks being closed before Obama's jobs plan and I'm sure the decision was made a long time before that.

Um yeah. Well now there's some RW intellect! The decision was made long ago and there's no proof Obama has anything to do with it. Therefore, anyone saying Obama is not responsible is wrong or democrat or whatever this whacky little post is trying to insinuate.
