I came to the conclusion that the answer is: Yes.

Nearing the end of his term, The economy has been starting to go slowly downhill.
But now since he is now in Campaign mode, He is claiming to "Make more jobs".

Do yourself a favor.
Don't vote for him. Even if he pulls the race card.




I experienced his ways first hand.
He promised the Constellation program to our faces, and broke his promise when he became president.
This allready had lots of jobs going under the constellation program and he cut us off at the knees.

I fail to see how he is now doing his job. He said he was going on a jobs tour to "hear" the peoples thoughts yet all he did was lecture, goto low unemployment areas and now headed for vacation.
