OK if the settlement was 4.6 billion for racist discrimination for black farmers and Native Americans, why just talk about the blacks. I mean there was racism or it wasn't. Or was it just against the Native Americans? Also blacks are 13% of the US population and Native Americans are 1%, yet out of the settlement the 13% gets around 20% and the 1% gets the other 80%. But you are only mad at the blacks?
