Obama is so full of shit. He said this in reference to the "disproportionate numbers of blacks and Hispanics, are unprepared and are outperformed by their white classmates in the U.S. and around the world.".

I as a parent have a responsibility to make sure my children are well educated, fuck everybody elses child.
