As I've noted numerous times...Obama doesn't really care all that much for the actual job of being President. But him and his ingrate wife sure do seem to love the perks.

Taxpayers spent $1.4 billion dollars on everything from staffing, housing, flying and entertaining President Obama and his family last year, according to the author of a new book on taxpayer-funded presidential perks.

In comparison, British taxpayers spent just $57.8 million on the royal family.

Ever since President Truman went home to Missouri a pauper, we have done our best to give our chief executives the kind of treatment due their position and responsibilities. But, none of them have misused the perks more than Barry Hussein and Moochelle.

That's what he did when he was governor. He never took a dime in salary from being governor. He didn't even take any money for saving the Olympics.

There are strict rules on when a President can use AF 1 for campaigning. Obama is following them just like every President before him
