Maybe, but it clearly does not say what this Fool says.

He is basically saying it's legal either way, as a tax, or under the Commerce Clause, and that is not Debatable, the Ruling clearly states it is not legal under the Commerce clause.

Romney today made a fool of himself trying to articulate the Fact that he thinks it's not a tax, it's a Fine and therefore should be Unconstitutional. However he came off looking like he agrees with Obama that it's not a tax, and it should be legal anyways.
