This law was based on the Federal Immigration laws and was written with that same Federal Law as a guideline. President Obama calls this law "poorly conceived" so the Federal Law must be poorly conceived as well.

Oh, and he's also quoted as saying
The president added that a Hispanic American whose family had been in the United States for generations faced a situation in which "now suddenly if you don't have your papers and you took your kid out to get ice cream, you can be harassed, that's something that could potentially happen."

Which is untrue unless that same family gets stopped for a traffic violation and doesn't have their driver's license.

two choices about his statement;

a) He engaged his mouth prior to engaging his brain,

or;

b) more partisan spin from the de facto leader of the democrats in preparation for the coming attempt to change the federal immigration law.

Well imagine that.

Poorly conceived Huh. LOL Isn't that kinda funny since this law mirrors the Fed Immigration laws.

Jeeze. You'd think a Harvard Law Professor could come up with something a little more specific than that doncha know??
